HP Workstation Z440 black screen and not working after BIOS Update

Hi,

After updating the BIOS on my Z440 the screen gone black on rebooting et nothing works, no keyborad and nothing shows on the screen.

After some weeks HP have put another version of BIOS that clearly shows the probleme:

• Fixes an issue when updating to BIOS version 2.19, 2.14, or 1.65, from BIOS 1.08 or 1.11, the system would experience a black screen hang and high fan noise.

But how to install a new BIOS if the screen is black, nothing show and the keyboard dont work ?
