Re: the preboot authentication application cannot be found

Hi ,

 

Is there any Setup password or Power-On password set on this unit?

 

>> If yes, then try to clear it in BIOS.

>> If No, then try to perform BIOS default.

 

To reset the BIOS settings, follow the steps below.


1.Turn on or restart the computer.


2.While the display is blank, press the f10 key to enter the BIOS settings menu.


3.Press the f9 key to reset the BIOS to the default settings.


4.Press the f10 key to save the changes and exit the BIOS settings menu.
