My HP pro 3330 Microtower doesn't load operating system. when I switch it on, it shows only blue color and it's written: press esc key for the start menu. Image may be NSFW.

I Have removed everything And reconnected them but no change.
My pc is HP pro 3330 Microtower
OS: Windows 7 proffessional 32 bit
