Thanks for the info. I am a bit confused though. Maybe I am reading to much into it or its just late. So, is the fitment off and you needed more screws? The 4 in the back don't align properly? Or you got all 4 in just fine? Can you possibly take a pic of the finished work from the outside back and maybe inside? Up close? Only if you get a chance or don't mind. It would be greatly appreciated. Kinda paranoid now about fitment. You are spooking me!

Yeah you are definitely reading too much into it. The PSU was the easiest thing I ever installed.

If you look at the front of the EVGA PSU it is totally meshed or grilled. Now this mesh has a bit bigger screw holes at the 4 corners where technically the screws are to go to. It is still part of the same mesh and you have mesh holes very close by. Now when you install the unit and put the screws through your computers cases 4 holes and into the PSU holes I noticed two did hit the proper holes and two hit the grill holles. You cant really see this from the outside, becuase it just looks like one big mesh face. I think the screws EVGA provides you with work with the grill and the actual holes in the grill. Now can it line up if you keep fiddling with it, maybe yes? Is it really necessary, I dont think so.

So what if the screw holes don't line up. Why do you really care. Even with the two screws inplace it is still holding the PSU securely.  Looks like the EVGA guys made the mesh strategically to do this and provided the screws that work with the mesh. The power supply that you have now has a different mesh or grill and for this one you need to line up the screw holes. We probably cant do this with our PSU, however looks like EVGA made the mesh with bigger holes to do this in the event the screw holes did not line up perfectly.

The point I am trying to make is that even though it is not really made for the case we have, it still works and you cant really tell when looking from the outside. It holds the PSU secure.
