The webcams on several of our Compaq Elite 8300 AiOs are not working. The software and driver is showing as installed, but when trying to use the camera, there is a "camera is in use" error. This error is present after a shutdown or restart as well. There has been limited success in uninstalling arcsoft and youcam and reinstalling arcsoft, but it's not a definitive solution and I have seen it revert back to a non-working state.
Please advise.
