Never have seen a software method to reset the BIOS password.
Makes sense.... one of the ways to really lock these workstations down is to set the password(s) and then physically lock the side panel lock (which is low security because all the keys are the same) and also add a physical lock to the rear locking metal tabs.
I hear that some "three letter" government organizations actually pour epoxy to fill all the USB ports, too. That would do it.....
