T520 is not detecting USB

Hi

I badly need help. My client is using T520 thin client and it is not detecting USB.

I logged in with my admin credential still same issue . Nothing is happening when plug the usb. no error message, no sign of connection. User is in right group.

I connected via VNC viewer and change the device setting still same issue.
