When Windows 10 self installed and then prevented me from getting back into my system after I hit “system restore” I called the HP business support number and they sent me a 3disc recovery pack. Disc 1 – HP Restore Plus, Disc 2 – Operating System DVD Windows 7 Professional Service Pack 1, Disc 3 - Language Pack Media. I installed Disc 1, and when it was finished it called for the next disc which it described as “Windows 7 Home Basic”.. which is not what my disc 2 is and it won’t take it.
