You have not provided the most important information yet.... what is your boot block date?
If you have a version 2 Z600 you want to buy a different set of processors.... faster, better. The X5570 you mention goes for 5-10 bucks on eBay each. If you have a v2 Z600 you'd want X5675 or X5672 (which is what I choose for raw speed over more cores, for our software). The X5675 has sSpec code of SLBYL and the X5672 has SLBYK. Some processors have more than one version (more sSpec codes) but not these.
Use those sSpec codes to search on eBay. I only buy used processors from US sellers with good records. You can't run these recommended processors in a v1 Z600. You can run the processors for a v1 Z600 in a v2 Z600.
And, exactly what card is that? Exactly what is its wattage? If you want precise answers you need to ask precise questions.
