Shrink C drive and create a swap partition

Hi Guys,

I have HP thin-client model T620 windows 10 installed. I would like to shrink the volum of C drive and create a seperate swap partion but i am unable to to create and following error pops up:

Is it possible to shrink the drive volum in thin-client, if not then what is the reason ?
