My machine is actually a Z820, not sure if that make a difference. I wasn't able to install any firmware for the card as I couldn't get the machine to run stabily without the machine rebooting itself. I have since pulled the card and stored it temporarily as I attempt to troubleshoot this issue.
I tried to submit a support case but sadly my warranty expired in April. Is there anyway to open a case without a warranty?
One lead I had been given via another support forum was to run BIOS and change the PCIe gen to 2.0 for the slot which the card is installed as its possible in windows 10 that the slot is set to auto/3.0. Do you have any thoughts on that being the cause of the problem?
