I want to make it clear that I do not work for HP. With that said, since you are depending on your computer for a small business, I would like to suggest a reasonably priced business computer. Here is a link to some of them that are offered by HP:

Frankly, any one of them would be much better than the ones that you proposed. They have components that are meant to be more reliable in a business environment. I would be glad to help you with your choice if you choose to go this way.
Now, if you want to buy one of those that you mentioned, I would suggest the HP Slimline 450-011. It is a newer computer and seems to have the best components.
