We are currently replacing some older NeoWare thin clients with embedded Windows XP, and are considering the HP T420 (we currently have four for a proof of concept) We have initially opted for the SmartZeroCore OS as the users will only be interacting via RDP to a terminal server farm. We just discovered that our users rely heavily on a Windows 98 screensaver that displays system time...it is used for timekeeping purposes in a very large facility. Is there anyway to get a similar screensaver to work on the SmartCoreZero OS? The only options via the menu are single JPEG or slideshow....even if it an add on linux based app that runs, that would be fine. If we had to go to the WES 7E version to accomodate this, we would, but for security reasons, we would rather stick to the SmartCore OS. As a side bar....is the clock screensaver even available on the WES 7E OS?
